Muheet’s executive delegation traveled to Milan to formalize the agreement. The meeting was attended by Executive Director of Muheet and Executive Advisor, along with senior representatives from Saipem, marking the official commencement of the Feasibility Study phase for Muheet’s upcoming oil refining operations. This agreement marks the formal launch of first definitive step in a visionary journey to establish modern refining capabilities that will supports Libya’s energy security and industrial development.
